How do I make a purchase?

You can:

  • Visit our showroom to view items in person.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp to check stock and arrange delivery.
  • Enjoy special Purchase With Purchase (PWP) offers for selected add-ons.

Do I need to visit the showroom to make a purchase?

No, you don’t! We can assist you entirely via WhatsApp messaging and video calls. Once you've selected your items, you can make a deposit payment via bank transfer to confirm your order.

How do I reserve a product?

Just message us on WhatsApp. Our team will guide you through the reservation process and provide payment details for deposit confirmation.

Can I buy directly from your website?

❌ No, we currently do not accept purchases through our website. Please WhatsApp us if you're interested in any item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

❌ No, we do not accept COD. All payments must be made in advance via bank transfer or other accepted methods.

Do you offer installment plans?

❌ No, we currently do not offer installment plans. Please contact us to check for any available financing options.

Delivery & Shipping

Do you offer delivery services?

✅ Yes, we do! We offer:

  • 24-hour delivery within Peninsular Malaysia
  • Shipping to Sabah and Sarawak (delivery times and fees vary)

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is usually FREE within Klang Valley. For outstation deliveries, please WhatsApp us for a quote based on your location.

Do you offer delivery within 24 hours?

✅ Yes, we do! If you're located in Peninsular Malaysia, you can secure 24-hour delivery by confirming a delivery slot before 6PM on the same day. Slots are limited and subject to availability.

Do you deliver to Sabah and Sarawak?

✅ Yes, we do! Please contact us via WhatsApp for delivery timelines and charges.
